What to include in your message

To help us reply faster, please mention which tool you were using — CV Builder, CV Checker or Cover Letter Builder — along with your browser and device (for example, Chrome on Android, or Safari on iPhone) if you're reporting a bug. Since none of your CV data is stored on our servers, we can't look up your draft on our end, so a short description or screenshot of the issue is the fastest way for us to help.

Response time

CVBoost is maintained by a small independent team, so please allow 1–2 business days for a reply. Partnership and press enquiries may take a little longer as they're reviewed individually.
